Booking confirmation
 
1. Completed the booking form,
 
2. Every booking is confirmed by our colleagues in writing. Any booking is valid only if
 
we sent our confirmation via e-mail to your address (usually within a few hours, but
 
no later than the next 24 hours)
 
3. You have verified it in your reply mail and
 
4. You have paid the requested deposit (usually 50% of the accommodation fee, but minimum 6000 HUF / yurt) within the given deadline (1-3 days) which you can find in our confirmation
 
The deposit need to be paid,
 
a.) personally in cash, after viewing the site
 
or
 
b.) via bank transfer (the bank account number can be find in the confirmation you have received)
 
Important! We can only accept your booking if you have paid the deposit or the full amount in advance. Otherwise, your booking for the requested time period is not accepted.

Deposit and payment terms

  • After receiving confirmation, we take a deposit, which you can send us via bank transfer (or personally in cash at the Zsindelyes Restaurant)
  • the remaining amount is due upon arrival in cash (credit card is not accepted and there is no ATM in 10 km range)

Cancellation & modification conditions

  • Requested deposit is not refundable or credited later
  • If you have paid more than the requested amount, the amount of the deposit may be used for a later booking if you cancel at least 3 days prior to arrival
  • If the number of guests changes, then a new fee is required to be paid http://www.dobogokojurta.hu/pdf/fees.pdf for the changed number of guests
  • In case of prior daparture (eg. 2 nights stay instead of 3 bnights) we can only take into account any cancellation 48 hours prior to arrival via email in a written form
  • Otherwise, in any other cases for any booked but unused nights, one night stay is payable
